City Lit Awards 2022

We're delighted to announce that the City Lit Awards are back and nominations are now open.

The City Lit Awards celebrate the outstanding work and achievements of various students, tutors and staff from across the college, as well as the transformation adult learning can bring.

City Lit prides itself on creating opportunities for people to come together to enrich their lives through learning. During the pandemic, we have all truly lived City Lit’s values of being ambitious, imaginative and openhearted. The City Lit Awards 2022 will celebrate those students, tutors and members of staff who have gone above and beyond during the last two years to support our City Lit community through an extraordinary period of disruption.

It might be a tutor who delivered outstanding teaching despite the virtual or classroom barriers, a student who has used their course to dramatically change their career or a member of staff who made a real difference to the emotional wellbeing of the students during lockdown.

The awards will celebrate some of the exceptional work carried out at City Lit during 2020/2021, and we know there is a lot to celebrate. Nominations will close on Wednesday 5 January, 2022 at 23:59.

The winners will be announced during a celebration event for winners in February 2022. More details will be confirmed nearer the time.
