I am very passionate about teaching and sharing the transformative power of massage and bodywork. I have been a complementary therapist for over 2o years and my journey has taken me from working in 5-star spas and exclusive hotels to running my own private therapy clinic and providing mobile therapy to private clients. I practice a variety of body and face treatments including advance deep tissue and myofascial release, pregnancy massage, hot stones, dynamic stretching, craniosacral therapy and I am always learning (this is the beauty of it!). This diverse experience allows me to bring real-world insights and practical knowledge to my teaching. I enjoy being with nature and practicing Tai Chi , which helps me stay balanced and calm. I am looking forward to working together to achieve your goals and make a difference in the world through the power of touch.
