What is the course about?
We all have an ikigai. Even if we don’t know it yet!
Ikigai translates as ‘a reason to live’ or ‘a reason to jump out of bed in the morning’. It’s the place where your needs, desires, ambitions and satisfaction meet, leading to a point of balance and fulfilment.
Ikigai is a traditional Japanese concept that embodies happiness in living. The course is about finding your Ikigai - identifying your purpose and using this knowledge to achieve greater happiness, satisfaction and meaning in your life.
This is a live online course. You will need:
- Internet connection. The classes work best with Chrome.
- A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook), or a tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone if you don't have a computer.
