For experienced children's writers, this ongoing workshop offers an opportunity to develop your work-in-progress with constructive feedback from tutor and classmates.

Are you new to yoga? This beginner's class offers a chance to improve your body and breath awareness, posture, strength and flexibility, and practise relaxation techniques to help you release tension.

Develop your poetry, taking it in new directions and maturing your poetic voice. Various approaches and techniques will be explored, and new poetry can be workshopped. For experienced poets only.

Explore the three dimensional possibilities of print. This course will encourage you to develop your initial ideas through experiments with printmaking techniques and bookbinding structures to create an artist’s book. Some printmaking and/or bookbinding experience may be beneficial but not essential.

Explore the versatility and rich colours of this beautiful drawing and painting medium. Through practical exercises, discover its potential to create a variety of surface effects and its suitability for sketching and outdoor colour work.

All designers know, images are powerful. But have you ever considered the look of your text? In other words, the typeface? It’s amazing how many designers overlook this powerful aspect of communication. Words are powerful (of course), but it’s not just what they say, it’s how they say it. On this workshop, learn how to harness the power of type.

Workshops throw the spotlight onto niche areas of the visual communication field, enabling you to hone higher-level skills and gain deeper insights.







Workshops tend to have a practical focus, with little or no conceptual or contextual elements, although this varies by course.

The head is the focal point of each person; create a portrait that examines both the structure as well as the emotion of the model.

This one term course is designed to help students to develop their bookbinding skills. You will already have some experience of binding techniques and some knowledge of tools, materials and equipment in order to benefit from this workshop-style class. There will be the opportunity to work on your own projects, or to practice skills in which you feel less confident in order to enable you to progress to higher level courses. Not suitable for beginners.

Continue improving your elementary Spanish on this communicative course, taught in Spanish with the emphasis on speaking and listening. Suitable if you have completed 'Spanish 2 lower: module 1' or equivalent. Based on units 6-10 of 'Ele Actual A2 (libro del alumno)' and exercise book (SM Publishers).







Please do not buy the book until after the first session, as if you transfer to another level you might use a different book.
