Working with emails and tasks is essential to almost every job and it can be easy to become overwhelmed by messages and information. This course will enable you to use the key features of Outlook including the do's and don'ts of sending and receiving emails, safely using and downloading attachments, adding signatures, creating folders to manage your emails, organising and using your calendar to keep on top of appointments, setting up reminders and creating task lists.
