This course has 4 free spaces for learners aged 19-23, who meet the residency criteria and who have not previously achieved a full level 3 qualification. These places are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis to applicants who fully meet the course entry requirements.







If you are not eligible for a free place you can apply for an Advanced Learner Loan from Student Finance England (SFE).

The Access to Higher Education Diploma (Humanities and Social Science) is a qualification designed for anyone who has left school without the usual qualifications (GCSEs or A-levels) and wishes to study at university.







It is a highly intensive, fast-track route to higher education, where you will complete the equivalent of 3 A-Levels in one year, and requires attendance ONLINE via ZOOM two nights per week (on Tuesdays and Thursdays) from 6-9.15pm, as well as online tutorials every two to three weeks (from 5pm) and substantial private study. These dates and times are non-negotiable and you are required to attend every session. There may also be optional study sessions at our Central London Campus on one Saturday each term.







Due to the course's intensity, priority will be given to applications from those who are serious and sure about progressing to degree level study and are ready to take on the intense challenge that the year will bring.

The Free Courses for Jobs initiative is for Londoners aged 24 or over at the start of the course who are: on a low-income; or on certain benefits; or do not have a full level 3 qualification. For more information Click here

The course fee is £3600. If you are unable to pay the course fee upfront, you can choose to apply for an Advanced Learning Loan from the Student Loans Company (SLC) to help cover the cost. The Advanced Learner loan available for this course is £3022. The remaining fee of £578 will need to be paid at enrolment. If you are unable to pay this fee upfront, you can talk to our Information, Advice and Guidance team who will advise you on other financial support available. An opportunity to gain an A-level qualification in one year. You will study topics on the society, history and culture of contemporary Italy and will develop relevant exam skills. Suitable if you have studied Italian for about five years. The course fee includes non-refundable exam costs payable in advance and is payable in instalments. This course is a popular choice for learners who feel they will benefit from the discipline of an exam course, knowing that they have a clear goal in sight at the end of the course.

This course will be delivered online. However, a mock exam will take place in late February or early March at our central London college. You will therefore need to make sure that you make the necessary arrangements so that you can attend. The exact date will be posted when the mock exam has been set up.







The official exams will also take place at our Covent Garden college during the months of May and June (exact dates to be confirmed). Please note that the end date of the course may change depending on when the official exams are scheduled.

Our Italian GCSE course is a popular choice for learners who want to continue to improve their Italian and feel they will benefit from the rigor of an exam course, since there is a clear goal at the end of the course for learners to work towards.







Suitable if you have studied Italian for about two years, or have an equivalent level. The course fee includes non-refundable exam costs, payable in advance. Course fees are payable in instalments.







This course will be delivered online. However, a mock exam will take place in late February or early March 2026 at our central London college. A demanding course preparing you for the A-level exam (Edexcel). You will need to have studied Spanish for about four years or have an equivalent level to join this course (B2).



At the end of this course, you will sit an exam and, if successful, will gain a nationally recognised qualification. Exam costs are included in the fee and are not refundable.

You will therefore need to make sure that you make the necessary arrangements so that you can attend in person on that date.
