Learn French in the heart of London.This skills-based course is for lower intermediate learners of French and aims to train you on strategies you can apply to listen more effectively to spoken French in a variety of different contexts. You will also look at elements of French pronunciation to give you a better idea of how French is spoken.

With proceeds going to the City Lit Student Bursary, the French Film matinée is a chance to round out the term with a fun movie matinée in the college. The film will be presented by tutor Stéphanie Radet.



The film we will be watching is Les 400 coups by François Truffaut (1959), a film about Antoine Doinel, a semi-autobiographical character and a misunderstood adolescent in Paris who struggles with his parents and teachers.
