I would say that it's a great course, where you learn a lot in a relatively short time. With that said the information is imparted very effectively and in a very clear and manner that you never feel overwhelmed. It is delivered in a relaxed and easily digestible format and each week I came away feeling as if I'd learned more than just about the basic techniques required to deliver a good massage.
This is primarily due to the excellent delivery of the teacher.
I also enjoyed the variety of other people on the course and the trust and safety that was generated in the room.

I would 100% recommend this course as an introduction to massage. I had dabbled in the past, following an early childhood in which giving foot rubs gained me extra brownie points at home! This course gave me the practical techniques and theoretical understanding to develop this into a more cohesive massage sequence. The chance for pair work to practise new learning is really valuable and the tutor was great at creating a safe space in which to learn new skills. Loved it!
