Award in Digital and IT Skills: word-processing, spreadsheets, presentations and databases (level 2) 

Level 3 certificate in IT user skills (ICDL Advanced)

We also have many non-accredited courses to help you prepare for these qualifications. 

These courses help you progress at work whether you are new to the office or an experienced administrator. You learn the most important Microsoft Office programs and how they are used in an administration and work environment. For any qualification course you need to do a  you need to do a pre-course assessment. To start your online assessment, click on the ‘Start Assessment’ button on any of the courses below.
