MS Outlook can be part of that system but for many people it feels part of the problem rather than then solution. This course will help make Outlook work for you not the other way round. You will focus not only on the features of Outlook but also how to think about problems, how you can solve them and what you are trying to achieve. You will work on developing an email routine that allows you to concentrate on tasks at hand and not be distracted by incoming messages.
