An opportunity to gain an A-level qualification in one year. You will study topics on the society, history and culture of contemporary France and will develop relevant exam skills. Suitable if you have studied French for about five years. The course fee includes non-refundable exam costs payable in advance and is payable in instalments.







This course will be delivered online. However, a mock exam will take place on a Saturday in February 2026 (date TBC) at our central London college. You will therefore need to make sure that you make the necessary arrangements so that you can attend on that date.







The official exams will also take place at our Covent Garden college during the months of May and June (exact dates to be confirmed).

This online literature course explores representations of solitude in recent fiction and memoir. Reading twentieth- and twenty-first-century texts, we’ll consider experiences of solitude across rural and urban settings, from remote islands to crowded cities. How is solitude shaped by places, culture, gender, age and technology?

All cultures respect the world of Story. The ability to tell Stories, in a variety of settings, is a skill that has seen a strong resurgence both in the workplace and in contemporary performance. Gain greater confidence in your communication skills and apply this to your wider experience. This course will be delivered in the college.

Herbal medicine has lot to offer when it comes to improving mood, reducing anxiety, improving cognitive function and increasing energy levels. Herbal medicine is the use of whole plant extracts to treat illness and to prevent disease. When used correctly, herbal medicines offer a safe and effective way to improve mental health. Many herbs can be used safely alongside orthodox medicines. This course is all about giving you the knowledge you need to feel confident buying and trying herbal medicines to support your own health.

This course explores how dramatists use their position as commentators to reflect the societal and political issues affecting the nation. Drawing on texts by Laura Wade, Jez Butterworth, Roy Williams and others, we’ll discuss how issues such as class, national identity, queer and black lives, and activism have been interrogated by Britain’s finest contemporary playwrights.

This online course will prepare you for the exam of the 'Diplôme d'études en langue française' (DELF), B2 level, in June 2025. Suitable if you have studied French for about four to five years. Ideal if you would like to live, study or work in France.







Please note that exam fees are not included in the advertised fees. The course can be paid in instalments.

There will be a minimum of two mock exams per term.

Prepare for the 'Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera B2'. The course does not include exam fees and each learner will be responsible for their own enrolment in the exam. Please note that you should have studied Spanish for about 5 years or have an equivalent level.







Please do not buy the book until after the first session, as if you transfer to another course, you will use a different book.

You will consolidate your knowledge of grammar and vocabulary and will work towards achieving better fluency at an intermediate level. You will develop your competence in reading Chinese characters. Suitable if you have studied Chinese for 5-6 years part time or have an equivalent level.
