‘Nutrition to slow down aging part one’ and ‘Nutrition to slow down aging part two’ are two stand-alone three hour courses. You can take both courses, or just one, ideally take part one first, but it doesn’t matter if you do them the other way around. The courses complement each other.

Latin inscriptions can be found almost everywhere but can you work out what they mean? This course is aimed at students with some knowledge of Latin (a day course for those who don't know Latin is also offered every year).
