Jewellery making courses in London

Taught by a team of expert jewellery tutors, we offer a diverse range of jewellery design and making courses. Take your pick from introductory courses for those who want to learn how to make a ring through to more specialist courses that focus on techniques such as engraving, electroforming, CAD/CAM, wax carving, casting, grain setting, technical drawing, resin, beading and much more.

Our purpose-built jewellery studio provides access to industry standard equipment with good natural light and all courses have basic materials provided. Please read the full course outline before you book as the tutor will list anything you need to bring along.

    Grain setting, sometimes referred to as bead setting, is a technique where small faceted stones are held in place by small prongs called beads. These are raised from the metal in the band using an engraving tool. This specialist technique builds on the basic stone setting methods, introducing the use of a new set of tools and skills and is perfect for those wishing to take their stone-setting to a higher level.
