What is the course about?

In this course you will learn how to optimise functions of your eyes, jaw and tongue using Feldenkrais movements. You will also learn how to ease TMJ discomfort, migraines, headaches, jaw clenching, eye, neck and tongue tensions. Recognise your own habitual movements patterns and discover new movement possibilities. Take away some self-care practices to help you find more comfort in your daily life including sleep.

What will we cover?

We will look at the connection between tension in the eyes, jaw and tongue and other parts of yourself. We will look at basic anatomy, movements to ease tension and stress and develop pre-sleep routines and self-care.

What will I achieve?
By the end of this course you should be able to...

- Recognise your own behavioural and movement habits
- Identify ways to reduce tension through gentle and slow Feldenkrais movements
