You wil review, revise and practice in a course that is tailored to your needs. After attending this course you will be able join a level 2 lower course starting in September or a summer course.

‘Nutrition to slow down aging part one’ and ‘Nutrition to slow down aging part two’ are two stand-alone three hour courses. You can take both courses, or just one, ideally take part one first, but it doesn’t matter if you do them the other way around. The courses complement each other.
