This course will address every aspect of stress within our mind, our body and our lives. We will look at how we approach life, what makes us take on more stress and why we don’t release enough when we sleep at night. This understanding will then be applied through, tips, exercises and techniques so we can de-stress and cultivate a calm state of being.

Sally Page, Meera, is an experienced meditation teacher who trained with The Bright Path Ishayas in 2012. She teaches 1-2-1 or group courses & workshops inperson nationally & online globally. As a practising Ishaya monk, Sally is known by the name Meera & benefits from ongoing direct communication with her Spiritual Teacher. Her own daily meditation practice continues to develop & refine her experience & capacity to teach meditation & mindfulness, as well as relaying the art of stillness & presence, to others. She has an open, kind & friendly attitude which allows for a flexible approach to inspire & motivate people in their own practice. Meera is adept at transmitting peace & directing others to experience peace for themselves. She has a way of making it light-hearted, simple, easy, & fun, so people are encouraged & inspired to explore the possibilities for themselves.
