What is the course about?

The course will look at Tai Chi movements and principles as taught in the form and their application to daily life.

What will we cover?

Yang style Tai Chi form and application. How we use the body's movement and breathing in Tai Chi.

What will I achieve?
By the end of this course you should be able to...

You will be able to perform a sequence of Tai Chi movement with coordinated breathing as well as being able to apply them.

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?

Suitable to all levels, although some experience of Tai Chi is beneficial.

How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?

This course takes place in the classroom. Some home practice is required.
