Our Digital and Office Skills courses develop all your key digital and computing skills from beginner to advanced. You do not learn just the software but focus on the tasks and goals digital skills help you achieve whether analysing data at work or organising your photos on your smartphone.
You also develop the most in-demand common work and life skills such as problem-solving, analysing, decision-making, working together, attending to details and seeing the bigger picture.
Courses available both in-person and online
Whether you are a recently redundant manager, a carer returning to work, an experienced office-worker or a retiree, our digital skills courses will help you upskill, communicate more effectively, and become a more active citizen.
You can choose long or short courses, online or in-person, with qualifications or without.
No matter how you prefer to learn, we have the class for you. Most of our courses are FREE if you are on a low income or claiming benefits.

Location on this date: Keeley StreetDo you need to learn to type quickly and efficiently? Are you working or do you want to work in administration? Learn how to type with correct finger placement without looking at the keyboard. Build your speed with practice and speed tests. No previous experience required.

Do you want to be able to handle, present data and make calculations inside and outside of work? This course is perfect for anyone who needs a good foundation on the basics of Microsoft's popular spreadsheet program. On this course, you will learn how to enter and present data and make it visually appealing, readable and usable through changes of font, style, use of tables and other formatting features. You will practise making calculations, using functions and formulae, modifying links between worksheets, as well as creating basic charts and graphs - a great way of visualizing data!
