Our Digital and Office Skills courses will develop all of your general digital and computing skills from beginner to advanced and do so in a way that situates your learning and prepares you for the world outside the classroom, for working and non-working life. You will not only develop your digital abilities but also the most in-demand skills for life: problem-solving, analysing, decision-making, working together, attending to details and seeing the bigger picture.

Whether you are recently redundant, returning to work, looking to upskill, or wanting to do everyday tasks and communicate better with family and friends, we have the courses to help you succeed.

    Are you already a competent administrator with the fundamental digital skills required to do the job successfully? Are you now ready to develop more advanced skills so you can become more efficient and productive and advance in your career? This course will help you learn how to use more complex functions in Excel so you can handle and analyse data precisely as well as provide bigger picture analyses. You will also focus on how to use the more sophisticated elements of PowerPoint to produce high quality presentations which meet the demands of the modern workplace. In addition, you will become familiar with key aspects of financial software so you can handle and process sales and purchases. By the end of the course you will have the skills to set you apart from other administrators and become an invaluable member of any team.
