  12. Digital Skills for the workplace: using Excel (intermediate)

The Level 3 Certificate in IT User Skills (ECDL Advanced) will give you exceptional proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software, and will improve your productivity in using IT. You will gain all the skills you need to work at the highest level in an office environment. This course may be free if it is your first L3 qualification. The Advanced Learner Loan is also available.

  14. Workplace skills: how to collaborate, coordinate and build relationships with Microsoft Teams (intermediate)

    Collaborating skills within the workplace are more in demand than ever. Being able to coordinate work and build relationships within and across your workplace is essential to your being efficient and coping with complexity. This course you will help you develop and practise these skills by learning in detail how to use Microsoft Teams as a coordinating and collaborating tool. You will learn not only about its features but also why, when and how you should use them: what problems does Teams enable you to solve. You will practise how to set up Teams and channels and what you use these for. You will learn how to use files in Teams, how to collaborate and co-author files in Teams, how Teams relates to SharePoint and One Drive, how to keep track of collaboration, and how to sync your files across different devices. You will also focus on how to use the calendar efficiently, how to conduct meetings and use the some key meeting features.
