Shwmae! Jack dw i! I first joined City Lit in 2017-2019 and it's great to be back teaching Cymraeg and Svenska both in person at City Lit and online. I was brought up in north Pembrokeshire and was fortuntate enough to attend Welsh- and bilingual- medium schools where I acquired Welsh. The Welsh language has given me lots of opportunities and it's brilliant to be able to welcome new people into the language as a tutor. Welsh is a vibrant, living and thriving language, not just in Wales but also here at City Lit. Hej! Jag heter Jack! I love learning languages and started learning Swedish with City Lit a few years ago and I became obsessed by this fasincating Germanic language. This was a journey that recently led me to take my C1 exam at Folkuniversitetet Göteborg. Learning and speaking Swedish has given me access to a entirely new country, culture and perpsective. Learning one Scandinvian language is also a gateway to the others— it's "learn 1, get 3!".
