Suitable for complete beginners.The emphasis is on the practical use of German and the development of your speaking and listening skills. Based on chapters 1-4 of Willkommen (Hodder Arnold). Choose either an in-person course in Covent Garden or live online sessions.

In this weekly course we will follow the support cycle of the five elements earth, metal, water, wood and fire. With a focus on earth and metal. We will slow down and connect to stillness, become more grounded, centred and relaxed, get a better energy flow and become more aware of ourselves, others and our surroundings. We will also do some standing and sitting meditation.
