What is the course about?

The Early morning yoga course has been designed to awaken your body and mind with a conscious warm up. The course emphasized on joint articulation and on pelvic/spine mobility. Strongly recommended for those who feel achy and tired in the morning, as it will help you to bring mobility back and boost stamina, preparing you for the day ahead.

We will contact you with joining instructions before your course starts.

What will we cover?

The course focuses on foundational yoga postures that support and improve spine/hip connection. We will practice different movements initiated in the hips and the impact this one has along the spine. The main topics are types of joint movement (flexion, extension, rotations, anterior and posterior pelvic tilt) and how to use these mechanical principles safely in each yoga posture (asanas).
