The 17th century produced some of the greatest artists of all time: Rubens, Rembrandt, Velazquez and Bernini to name but a few. Explore the work of these key artists and understand the history, styles and ideas that shaped the century.

Ballet body conditioning combines specifically sequenced exercises including elements of barre, floor work and centre practice and is designed to complement studies in ballet and acting. Ideal for those who already have good physical awareness and have studied a dance discipline at a basic level.

This skills-based course is for lower intermediate learners of Italian and is intended to improve your Italian speaking skills in everyday situations. We will be looking at both formal and informal scenarios, and the aim is to help you to feel more comfortable speaking Italian in order to improve your fluency. Please note this course is intended for Italian 2 lower learners (learners in their second year of study).

Further improve your Spanish with the emphasis on listening, speaking, and acquiring a greater understanding of grammar. You should have completed 'Spanish 2 upper: module 2' or equivalent. Based on 'Aula Internacional A2 Plus, (Difusión Publishers).







Please do not buy the book until after the first session, as if you transfer to another level you might use a different book.

An acting class that’s all about having fun! This course is suitable for those with a little experience, confident beginners and anyone wanting to simply enjoy acting exercises and scenes. ‘Nutrition to slow down aging part one’ and ‘Nutrition to slow down aging part two’ are two stand-alone three hour courses. You can take both courses, or just one, ideally take part one first, but it doesn’t matter if you do them the other way around. The courses complement each other.

Fit creative writing into your busy day: a relaxed, informal rolling programme for writers of all levels of experience who enjoy being thrown new ideas and experimenting with poetry and prose.

Encounter different approaches to making abstract paintings while developing your skills in using a range of painting materials. With reference to the work of a variety of abstract artists explore the visual language common to both representation and abstraction, eg. colour, composition, tone and paint application.
