From ballads to myths, learn the techniques and styles needed to write narrative poetry.

A thought-provoking workshop designed to tackle the challenges of writing about family life in creative non-fiction projects, and offer guidance on shaping personal stories into coherent, engaging narratives.

This workshop will introduce you to the culture and basics of origami, a central part of Japanese arts and crafts.



You will learn some introductory Japanese phrases, Japanese festivals and learn how to fold folk Origami pieces as well as origami decorations for Tanabata Star Festival.

You've worked hard on a screenplay but how do you sell it? This short intensive course identifies tools you can select to create a compelling Pitch Treatment.

Learn how to integrate the function of your feet more effectively into daily activities, performance or work. Find more support, strength, and springiness in your feet, and notice improvements in your posture, breathing and balance.

If you are not sure how to find your ideal volunteering role, but want to pass on some of your hard-won skills, experience and knowledge, this course will give you some ideas and contacts for further exploration.

Develop new skills in traditional ceramic decorating - including how to interpret patterns, text and drawings on a clay surface using slip-techniques, agates and textures. Suitable for beginners and those with previous experience.

Do you want to improve your English and learn about London, its history, culture and people at the same time? On this course, you will visit places of interest and learn about the history of these places especially about the different people and cultures who have lived there, and about important events which have shaped the city. You will do your own research and so improve your reading and writing skills as well as your speaking and listening. In addition, you will feel more at home in London and able to participate in its rich and diverse life.
