Join this course and learn how to do this and stay on top of your file management. Learn how to use OneDrive and Google Drive to create, store, share and collaborate on different types of documents on your PC as well as other devices. Discover also how to maintain security while syncing your devices and accounts. By the end of this course, you will have grasped what cloud-computing means and be confident of exploring it further.

The City & Guilds (6502) Award in Education and Training is an initial teacher training course ideal for anyone who teaches adults - or has experience of teaching adults - in Further Education or Adult and Community Learning. We may also consider you if you do not have teaching experience, but are qualified in your subject and have worked in a related field. The course will be mostly online, with two sessions at City Lit towards the end of the course.

This course will help you get become confident in your everyday communication including reading and writing. We will focus on topics that interest you and use these to help you improve the key elements of reading and writing as well as communication skills to enable you to express your thoughts and feelings including in difficult situations. You will learn to how write whole sentences and paragraphs, use adjectives effectively, organise your writing, make notes and complete drafts, spell important common words, use punctuation correctly and develop reading and writing strategies most suited to you. And you will learn some digital skills including reading and finding information from websites.

Study more complex musical language including duplets, double-dotted rhythms, alto clef, double sharps/flats, the concept of enharmonic equivalence, and recognising and writing common triads.
