Online Russian Language Classes
Begin your journey with the rich and expressive Russian language in City Lit’s online Russian classes. Whether you’re learning for travel, work, study or personal fulfilment, our engaging lessons help you build confidence and fluency in Russian step by step.
At City Lit, our online Russian lessons use a modern teaching method called the Communicative Approach, also known as Communicative Language Teaching (CLT). This method focuses on learning Russian by actively using the language in practical situations, rather than memorising isolated rules. With support from our experienced tutors, each class encourages real communication and measurable progress.
Russian has a unique alphabet and expressive grammatical structure, and our lessons guide you through vocabulary, pronunciation and grammar in a clear, step-by-step way. You’ll learn through practical examples drawn from everyday life and deepen your understanding of the cultural context that shapes how Russian is used in real conversations.
Our online Russian lessons are suitable for all levels, from complete beginner to advanced, and offer flexible classes that let you learn Russian online from anywhere. Each lesson is interactive, supportive and designed to build your confidence through active participation and peer interaction.
