  8. Becoming a confident online citizen: staying safe and protecting your data on your PC and smartphone (foundation)

    Hacking, ransomware attacks and data theft have become common criminal activities, as much a threat to personal security as more traditional anti-social behaviours. Securing and protecting our digital lives has becomes as essential as locking the doors of our homes. On this course, you will learn the importance of staying safe online and how to do so.
