Are you wanting to complete the Level 3 Certificate in IT User Skills (ICDL Advanced)? If so, it is an important commitment. You are strongly advised to complete this short course to get you ready for the qualification and to d make sure Level 3 is the right one for you. This course will ensure you make the most of your ICDL Level 3 course and have the skills to achieve the qualification once you start.

Practise your intermediate spoken Spanish and develop your language skills in these topical discussion classes. Suitable if you have recently studied Spanish for at least four years or equivalent.

London has been muse, magnet and mecca to writers for 400 years, home to Shakespeare's successes, Dickens' dramas and Wilde's witticisms. After an introductory lecture (via zoom) we walk a different London neighbourhood each week exploring its literary connections.Break week/No class: 09/10/25. Initial lecture is on zoom . This is followed by 7 guided walks.

Part-time 19 days spread over 10 lecture blocks







This course will be a mixed delivery mode. Students will attend City Lit, Covent Garden, London for some of the teaching blocks and access some of the blocks online.







You will attend lecture and teaching practice blocks on the following dates.



2024: October 18th/19th November 15th/16th December 13th/14th



2025: January 10th/11th February 7th/8th March 7th/8th



April 4th/5th May 9th May 16th/17th June 13th/14th







If combined with a teaching qualification such as our GT105 Award in Education and Training, this will qualify you to teach Lipreading in the Further Education sector.

The course fee is £1200.00. If you are unable to pay this upfront, you can choose to apply for an Advanced Learner Loan from Student Finance England (SFE) to help cover the course fee, repayable after the course ends.
