Using mindfulness techniques combined with drawing we will be examining our experience and opening up to the magic and surprises that an evening in the city has to offer.     Elena Ferrante is the author of the Neapolitan novel series, whose global success has established her as one of the most powerful voices of contemporary world literature. Her identity, however, is still one of the greatest mysteries in modern literature. In this workshop we will explore why the novels have attracted such interest and passion and we will look at the various hypotheses advanced in the Italian and foreign press as to her real identity.

    You will learn different research strategies, understanding where to look for information. You will learn how to skim and scan different texts to find the details you need. You will make notes identifying the source of your information and then finalise scripts to help you to deliver the presentation. You will be able to give a well-structured presentation with an introduction and conclusion, and use features of BSL such as: timelines, placements, referencing and enumeration. You will also learn BSL presentation skills such as how to introduce your topic, share the main points of information and summarise what you have covered.

  13. Art Deco London walk
