Learn a simple, safe and effective chair-based massage that will de-stress and relax you. This introductory routine includes shiatsu techniques and massage of the neck, shoulders, arms and back. On-Site massage is performed through clothes and is suitable for working on a chair at home.

You will need to have completed a level 3 certificate in counselling skills course (minimum 145 tuition hours) within the last three years to be eligible to apply. This two-year course awarded by Skills Education Group Awards (SEG) qualifies you to practise as a counsellor.



The course fee is £5099.00. If you are unable to pay the course fee upfront, you can choose to apply for an Advanced Learning Loan from the Student Loans Company (SLC) to help cover the cost. The Advanced Learner loan available for this course is £2225.00. The remaining fee of £2874.00 will need to be paid at enrolment. If you are unable to pay this fee upfront, you can talk to our Information, Advice and Guidance team who will advise you on other financial support available. London has been muse, magnet and mecca to writers for 400 years, home to Shakespeare's successes, Dickens' dramas and Wilde's witticisms. After an introductory lecture (via zoom) we walk a different London neighbourhood each week exploring its literary connections.Break week/No class: 09/10/25. Initial lecture is on zoom . This is followed by 7 guided walks.

Learn effective stretching techniques which can be done with client fully clothed, to improve mobility and release deep seated muscle tension.

Gain the practical and theoretical skills necessary to provide sports massage therapy. Recommended for practitioners who would like to work in sports and active leisure. You must have completed the ‘ITEC massage diploma’ or equivalent and be confident working independently.
