The lines between working and retiring are increasingly blurred. In the 20th century, the only century where retirement was formalised, it all seemed a lot easier: retire at 65, draw your final salary pension scheme, and live for around 10 years more.

This panel discussion brings a fresh view of the work of work and later life and aims to work out what’s in our best interests, individually and collectively.
