The course will give you the confidence to use different digital devices and tools to collaborate and communicate efficiently with work colleagues, to create and edit documents and presentations, and make simple spreadsheets. You will learn about different types of digital communication as well as how to use online resources for finding and using information and completing transactions. You will learn the transferable digital skills you need to progress, participate and express yourself in the workplace and gain a qualification. 53% of UK employees do not have the digital skills needed for work. This course is perfect for anyone who needs a good foundation on the basics of Microsoft's popular spreadsheet program. On this course, you will learn how to enter and present data and make it visually appealing, readable and usable through changes of font, style, use of tables and other formatting features. You will practise making calculations, using functions and formulae, modifying links between worksheets, as well as creating basic charts and graphs - a great way of visualizing data!

In this course you will learn the essentials of pivot table construction and all additional features that will enhance the user’s pivot table competence.

Are you new to Zoom? Have you started to use it but are unsure about some of its functions? Do you need to use Zoom at work, in your studies or to communicate with friends and relatives? Zoom is now as essential to communication as texts, emails, smartphones and PCs. This course will take you from the basics of being on Zoom as a participant and a host, including how to join meetings and set them up. You will learn what to do in both circumstances, what appropriate etiquette is, how to use chat and other features such as breakout rooms, how to share your screen, take control of someone else's screen and how to make sure you don't do something on Zoom that you shouldn't.
