Toutefois les résidents Européens au Royaume-Uni voteront dans leurs ambassades et consulats et les Francais voteront á Londres, Ashford, Belfast, Brighton, Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, Leeds et Manchester.
Élus par quotas et par pays, avec un mode proportionnel, les 705 parlementaires Européens représentent une trés large diversité d’opinions politiques. Depuis 1979 une grande alliance composée de libéraux du centre droit et de sociaux démocrate a dominé le parlement mais cela pourrait changer cette année.
Va t-on assister á une arrivée en masse des partis eurosceptiques et a une poussée de l’extreme droite ? Quelle sera la prochaine coalition ? Est-ce que le parlement poursuivra ses politiques environnementales ambitieuses ? Est-ce que la nouvelle majorité poursuivra son soutien á l’Ukraine ?
