An introductory course for all musicians to improve their aural skills, sight-singing and general musicianship using this renowned teaching method with an experienced and qualified tutor.

Explore your enthusiasm for drumming with African rhythms and their variations. Enjoy improving your individual and group playing skills and learn how to apply a variety of percussive instruments in any musical style or setting.

Rodgers and Hammerstein - Together they created a series of innovative and influential American musicals. Their musical theatre writing partnership has been called the greatest of the 20th century. We will be looking at some of the big ensemble numbers from shows such as Oklahoma, Carousel, South Pacific, The King and I and The Sound of Music alongside a couple of lesser known shows. Alongside soloists required for the ensemble numbers you are invited to bring a piece of your choosing from the vast catalogue of songs by these exceptional composers. Your voice should be an extension of your character. This Saturday workshop offers accessible and empowering mind-body techniques to deepen your awareness and connection to your voice so that the message you give out is true to your intention.

If you need to present to camera for business, vlogging or broadcasting, this introductory course covers how to present from a home studio, office space or TV studio.

Extended by popular demand into twice its original length, we will explore through practical exercises the basic methodology of the leading voice practitioner Patsy Rodenburg in these two three-hour workshops delivered in the college.

In perfect sync with the season and an all-time Christmas favourite ballet we offer this fun 3-day intensive exploring the repertoire of the ‘Nutcracker’. You will explore some of the Nutcracker characters and dance sequences and have an opportuity to perform all learned material on the final day. To beneift from this course you should have attended regular ballet classes for at least 6 to 12 months.

We are now 25 years into the 21st century. This course is a guide to concert music and new composition of the century so far.
