  14. Workplace skills: how to be organised, focused and efficient using MS Outlook (intermediate)

    If you want to be an organised, efficient and service-focused in your work, then you need to have a system for managing information, tasks and meetings. MS Outlook can be part of that system but for many people it feels part of the problem rather than then solution. This course will help make Outlook work for you not the other way round.
