Dance Courses in London

Our classes are designed to expand and develop your repertoire of steps as well as help you polish off your technique to become more confident on the dance floor when you are attending social dances or other special events. This course is perfect for those who have completed our Beginner’s programme or equivalent.



Students will build on their presentation skills by using their arms, hands and legs while dancing the three routines. Please note: There is no class on Saturday 25 May 2024.

This class is suitable if you are new to dance or if you want to develop your existing skills and confidence.



You will discover the basics of modern jazz dance, learn about posture, co-ordination and essential technique. Learn warm-up exercises, turns, steps and basic kicks along with amazing dance routines. It will help to build your fitness and tone your body too.

This workshop is about having fun, recreating and learning all the famous TikTok dances - short choreographed routines set to popular songs or sounds. At the start of each class there will be a 15-20 min warm up to get you in the mood. Our professional dancer will then break down the steps and teach you how to execute and perfect them.

A friendly intensive class, that focuses on the confident execution of Flamenco dance with pleasure, passion and panache. This course is geared towards beginners (more experienced students wishing to revise the basics are also welcome). Performance opportunities throughout the year. Join us for an energetic and intensive introduction to Salsa. Learn the essential Salsa steps in a fun, friendly and energetic environment. It's a partner dance, so you'll meet plenty of new people along the way. No need to bring a partner, part of the fun is meeting new people but most of all learning a new dance style whilst having a good time.

The course aims to give you a further embodied understanding of Contemporary dance that is underpinned by Somatics practice, and other contemporary dance techniques, to bring greater flow and dynamics to your expression as you allow yourself to move from your inner space and to negotiate the flow of weight, rhythm, breath, space and time.

In perfect sync with the season and an all-time Christmas favourite ballet we offer this fun 3-day intensive exploring the repertoire of the ‘Nutcracker’. You will explore some of the Nutcracker characters and dance sequences and have an opportuity to perform all learned material on the final day. To beneift from this course you should have attended regular ballet classes for at least 6 to 12 months.
