What is the course about?
An experiential workshop to help you access and experience your hidden potential for personal power, and to acquire a range of practical resources with which to support well-being.

- Feel more confident about speaking from your true essence
- Plan ahead for high self-esteem.
What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
No previous knowledge, skills or experience are necessary. The course is interactive and students are therefore expected to be able to demonstrate a reasonable level of spoken English to benefit from the course. If you are unsure, please see an advisor. Students are also asked to consider specific areas in their lives about which they would like to feel better.
How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
The course teaching will be a mix of tutor presentations, student exercises and general discussion. Students will be encouraged to participate and draw upon their own life skills and experience so it is essential to have good spoken English. The tutor will ask you to keep a learning journal throughout the course and to complete some homework outside class.
Are there any other costs? Is there anything I need to bring?
No other costs. A selection of books and a bibliography will be available during the course. Recommended book: Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway, Susan Jeffers (Century 97).
